This course is governed by a legally binding service agreement between the enrolled participant (โYouโ) and Jataye Learning Pvt. Ltd. (โUsโ). All clauses outlined herein comply with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and all applicable EdTech and employment regulations in India.
By enrolling, you accept to:
Follow all curriculum, assessment, and behavior guidelines
Maintain the integrity of your work submissions
Respect the privacy and professional boundaries of other learners, instructors, and company stakeholders
Use all shared materials (assignments, tools, recorded sessions) strictly for personal learning
Any breach may result in suspension, legal action, and permanent disqualification from certification and placement support.

Attend all feedback and review sessions with honesty

Submitting AI-generated work without disclosure
Harassment or unprofessional conduct on live sessions
Sharing content outside without permission
Ghosting group projects or team work
Consequences: Immediate suspension, removal from the LMS, certificate cancellation, and loss of placement access.

To be eligible for Digital Certification and Job Support, learners must fulfill all 4 pillars:

โ Completion of Final Capstone with mentor approval
โ Clear portfolio + mock interview round

Placement Promise Conditions:
Clear all technical + communication assessments
Follow job application & interview follow-up protocol
Accept job offers that meet minimum criteria (in terms of pay, role, and remote/in-office)
If you receive no job offer within 6 months post-certification despite fulfilling all terms, your job success fee is waived.
