All learners enrolled in this program are bound by the following terms and conditions as per guidelines under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and Information Technology Act, 2000, wherever applicable.

🎓 Enrollment Eligibility

To maintain quality learning outcomes and ensure placement readiness, all applicants must meet the following requirements:

🕒 Daily Time Commitment

This is a career-accelerator program, not a casual YouTube playlist.

🧠 You must commit 5–6 hours/day, 5 days a week.

This time covers:

• Live sessions (4 days/week)

• Hands-on assignments

• Practice & assessments

• Capstone project work (2 days/week)

📌 Failure to meet this commitment may disqualify you from:

• Job Guarantee

• Project Certification

• Placement Support

🧾 Refund & Deferment Policy

All policies are governed by Our Assurance terms and comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and standard Indian EdTech norms.

To maintain a healthy, respectful, and focused learning community, all learners must:

• Treat instructors, peers, and mentors with professionalism

• Avoid plagiarism, code copying, or AI misuse without credit

• Not spam, harass, or disrupt live classes or community forums

• Adhere to deadlines and submit original work

• Suspension of access

🏆 Certification Policy

To be eligible for the Final Certificate & Job Support, you must:

• Attend minimum 80% of live sessions

• Submit all weekly projects and final capstone

• Maintain weekly submission discipline

• Clear mock interview + portfolio review

📌 Certificates are digitally issued and verifiable via LinkedIn, GitHub, or job portals.

📅 Attendance & Progress Requirements

We understand life isn’t always predictable. If you face:

• Family emergencies

• Medical leaves

• Relocation or travel
  You can:

• Request pause/deferment (max 60 days)

• Resume from next cohort or adjusted timeline

• All without penalty or fee duplication

📌 Approvals granted on written request with valid proof.

⚖️ Legal Safeguards

• All course fees (except job success fee) fall under service agreement and comply with GST norms

• Disputes, if any, are subject to arbitration under Indian law

• Any content shared by learners (projects, code, etc.) remains their intellectual property unless submitted under “shared portfolio rights”
