By enrolling in a course, you agree to this Policy. This Policy is an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with it.

2. General Refund Principle

We offer a 100% refund guarantee on all course fees. However, this refund is subject to certain deductions to cover administrative and operational expenses incurred by the company. The specific details of these deductions are outlined in the subsequent sections of this document.

3. Eligibility for Refund

A user is eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• The refund request is submitted within the specified time frame.
• The user has complied with all the terms outlined in this Policy.
• The user has not engaged in any conduct that violates our Terms & Conditions.

4. Refund Calculation

The final refund amount will be calculated by deducting all applicable expenses from the total course fees paid. These deductions are non-negotiable and are detailed below.

5. Infrastructure and Operational Expenses

A deduction will be made for infrastructure and operational expenses incurred by JATAYE SOLUTIONS during the user's enrollment. This includes, but is not limited to, the costs of platform access, server maintenance, and administrative overhead. The maximum deduction for these expenses is capped at 40% of the total course fees.

6. No Placement Deduction Clause

For users who do not secure a placement or employment following the course, an additional deduction may be applied to the refund. This is to cover the resources, time, and administrative costs allocated to providing placement assistance and is part of the terms of our placement guarantee. The specific amount of this deduction will be determined based on the terms of your individual enrollment agreement.

7. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request, the user must:

• Submit a formal refund request to support@jataye.com.
• Provide a detailed reason for the refund request.
• Include all relevant enrollment and payment details.

Refund requests will be processed within 15-20 business days of submission.

8. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and returned to the original payment method within a period of 15 to 20 business days. The actual time for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.

9. Course Access After Refund Request

Upon submitting a refund request, your access to the course content and related services will be immediately suspended. You will no longer be able to access any materials or participate in course activities.

10. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

• Any services, products, or materials not specifically included in the main course fee.
• Fees for any third-party services or software that were purchased separately.
• Any fees paid for reschedulings or other administrative services.

11. Cancellation of Enrollment

You may cancel your enrollment at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds are processed strictly in accordance with this Refund Policy.

12. Fraudulent Refund Requests

JATAYE SOLUTIONS reserves the right to deny any refund request that is deemed to be fraudulent or in bad faith. This includes, but is not limited to, refund requests from users who have downloaded all course materials or who have violated our intellectual property rights.

13. Modification of Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Policy on our Website. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
